“My only complaint is that there was no coffee in the room. Other than that everything was wonderful. ”

“Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful when we needed some extra towels. We had a handicap room (I booked ahead and chose the wrong room) and the roll-in shower was easy to use, but the water went outside of the shower curtain due to a design flaw. We just put down extra towels and it was fine. Very comfy bed!”

The lighting which was horrible and the exhaust sounds the whole time and the socket both sockets in the bathroom. Neither one worked so if you plan on getting there and taking a nice bath or in the bathroom, don't plan on it. “We had a very spacious and clean room with a very comfortable king sized bed. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, but didn't offer very many choices. I will be staying here again on my next trip to the area.”

“I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last few years and this will be the last time. My recent experience was very off. The hotel is starting to get rundown, but my main complaint stems from the little bar in the lobby. Every evening the whole lobby turns into a gross dive bar. People (not sure if they were guests or locals) yelling and screaming and being rowdy. The only thing that caught me off guard is the $100 fee when you check in and can’t remember what it was for but it’s a refundable fee or they void it after checking out. “This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times.”

“Despite the Expedia "No Pets Allowed" rating, they were. On every floor and every room, with no attempt to segregate out pet presence. The staff was unconcerned to the point of discourtesy.
