"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

What a wonderful hotel we discovered in Plovdiv. Not only was the staff super friendly, rooms were super clean, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel very modern and accommodating. Plus, built on top of Roman ruins, which you can see personally as the owner gives a personal tour.
The hotel is easily accessible by Uber (they drop off at the front door), or we drove a rental car and parked very close in a secured lot the hotel provided. Probably the closest you can stay to all the major...
