I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was arranged perfectly, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered the room. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their supportive attitude and warm hospitality made the stay even more special. Whenever I needed assistance or had any questions, the team responded quickly and professionally. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The dining staff were attentive, friendly, and maintained the restaurant area very nicely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Very new and stylish, easy to park around the property, close to everything.

The location is great, less than 5 mins walk from Kumamoto Station.

Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool.
