โA quality experience all round - the room was small but comfortable, hotel decor stylish, vibe excellent - but it was the staff team (incl but not only Arya and Maya) who made this a memorable stay. โWhat a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. "I wonder how the hotel got 4 stars because a 2 star hotel I stayed near the King's Cross was way better in terms of service, appliance, cleanness, etc. The male receptionist on the day I checked in was horribly rude, the room itself is wornout. Overall stay was convenient though. House keeping was exceptional. "
