“I stayed at the room located at the end of passage. 11th floor. (1128) The room has a closed door connected with next room, but horrible smell sucked from there. I guess it might be marijuana. They changed my room to 17th floor (1728), top floor. Some location in the room, “uuunnnggg~~” electrical noise was always present. On my bed, i could not sleep since the noise. I stayed almost one week in the room. Every night was fighting with the noise. ”

“We loved our room. I think it was a deluxe suite, kind bed. It had a seperate kitchen area. Mini fridge was inside the cabinet storage. The AC worked great. Couldn’t adjust the temp but it was cool enough. Staff was great! Complementry water all during the stay. Got up late so can’t comment on the complimentary breakfast. Check out was easy & so was the valet parking. 15 min or less drive to Universal Studios. ”
