“We were booked for 4 days. The room was only cleaned once. The bed was horrible, the water tasted bad. Had issues with the keyless door, had to be fixed it would not open most of the time. The toilet had issues, my husband had to fix it we never knew if it would flush properly was always a gamble. The phone did not work, so any issue we had with room we had to walk to front desk to report. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but you can only do so much with a marginal property. The...

“Staff was ok, the faucets handles need repair and the ironing board they brought had rust and looked pretty old. The hotel room writing pad said they provided breakfast but they didn’t, the restaurant charged. So needless to say my stay will be the last time I stay there. It needs updating.”
