Jessica at check-in was chipper and very helpful. Paula was also a delight. She had a friendly smile and a “can do attitude” and went the extra mile preparing bacon to go with the last of the eggs. Fitness room was clean and the equipment was in good working order. Thank you! We’ll be back.

There was hair on the shower wall and even when we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned the tub looked great, but the hair was still there. They weren't even going to supply fresh towels and clean until after we left. ( Only serviced rooms after checkout) Breakfast ended at 9 Am. Would be nice if it stayed open longer. No coffee in the room and the machine in the breakfast room didn't work and no one was at the main desk to help. For over $200 a night I expect my room cleaned , bed made etc without having to ask. Also when I called the main desk no one ever answered. Everyone was polite and friendly when you could find them. The bed was very nice. Great pillows.
