Please note that we are not a hotel but self contained apartments which means guests are responsible for their own grocery items. We do supply a basic starter pack to get you through until you can visit a supermarket. Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to drag the pool lounges around as this damages the deck, and when they are moved into the center of the pool deck it makes access to the pool very difficult for other guests.Regards Bayview Team.

Please understand that we have terms and conditions clearly displayed to remind those who are less considerate that we are not a party complex, and do not tolerate excessive noise or behavior at anytime. As we often have requests for apartments with all single beds, (not all guests are couples) a lot of our rooms offer the option to split the beds, they are hotel quality split king beds that zip together. Hi Denis,Thank you for your feed back for your 1 night stay. As our listings clearly explain, our standard apartments are on lower levels, they are perfectly clean and tidy and still offer Bayviews great location and are an affordable way to stay beachfront Byron Bay. We do have great ocean view apartments available, but they do sell out quickly, and unfortunately, none were available at the time your booking was made. We would recommend booking early to secure one of these. I have also reported your WiFi issue as it does usually work in all the apartments, we do apologise for any inconvenience. Unfortunately the 4g connection is beyond our control, and may be the reason our Wifi was not working to full capacity during your stay. Regards Bayview Team.

Our 1 bedroom apartments do only offer a small balcony to the front, but if more of a view is your preference we would recommend our deluxe and penthouse apartments for an ocean view, or our superiors which are mid-level and look over the pool or courtyard area. We are more than happy to help all guests with their bags, and also suggest for top floors to bring luggage in from street level to halve the amount of stairs to the apartment.
