First class customer service from arrival to departure including an offer to assist with carrying our bags upstairs and in exiting the car park when leaving. The room although near a busy road was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Great budget accommodation.

Lovely staff, extremely comfortable & perfectly clean with all the amenities & more than expected with aircon, fan, microwave, toaster, larger scale fridge as well as mornal TV, great wifi, kettle and hairdryer as well as lovely toiletries, couldnt ask for more! Room was good ,Beds very clean an comfortable but we had 3 Towels placed in room one was clean the other 2 were soiled made our stay in Motel not very nice wont be back.

Right from the by the time we came back. was welcoming and the room was perfect for what we needed. We were very embarassed because we did not expect the room to be serviced and left it in a shocking mess that was magically tidied.

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

The property is old, but kept clean. It can be noisy with traffic and the walls are thin. But the location is good with Dan Murphy next door and a great Tavern 5 minutes away on foot. It was a comfortable stay.

The facilities were old & the kettle even leaked but the beds were comfortable & the room smelt clean. The other guests were noisy (particularly above) were extreme noisy late at night when my 2x young daughters & I were trying to sleep after me driving all day & needing to drive the following day.
