"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer.
