Dear Jose Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us, we are sorry about the missunderstanding you had, we promote our vacational club and is optional for all our travelers, the 2.50 per night is mandatory Enviromental tax that you were informed when you made the reservation with Expedia, The cleaning fee its an optional charge which is mentioned at check in, we have to ask if you consumed anything form the the mini bar as it has an extra charge as all the products are labeled in the mini bar.You can take uber just outside of the lobby, once again we are very sorry your expecience was not 100 % satisfactory, we hope to have another oportunity on a near future, to make a better experience for you.
