When we initially checked in, we did not get recognize as VIP status. After the survey sharing our experience, we did receive our room upgrade the following day. GREAT! However, at the front desk, getting the keys to the new room, we were told we only got the upgrade because we COMPLAINED! I did not get the young man's name but he was very rude about it and annoyed about the review and the upgrade. He was the staff that initially checked us in upon arriving! The other staff, OUTSTANDING!
