Beautiful and cozy place surrounded by nature

It’s a beautiful and cozy place surrounded by nature. The owner is friendly and kind. Anything could not be better but the bed is not comfortable, the mattress is foam, it is so hot and it takes the body form.

La atención del personal era buena y atenta, el desayuno era bueno. Vimos 3 problemas en las instalaciones, el principal problema era la cama que era de espuma extremadamente dura y delgada parecía como si estuviera acostado en el suelo, considero deberían invertir en un colchón que brinde algo de comodidad a los huéspedes para poder descansar ya que en mi opinión personal hubiera preferido dormir en mi vehículo antes de un colchón tan duro e incómodo El segundo problema era el mantenimiento de la piscina ya que se veía sucia y turbia el agua, hasta cucarachas vimos nadando en la piscina El tercer problema detectado es el no contar con un parqueo que brinde seguridad al vehículo y en la plataforma se menciona se cuenta con parqueo sin embargo el vehículo queda en la calle

My sheets were never changed the week I was there. I only got large towels--initially a set of 2 and asked for a replacement after using one as beach towel. So got 3 for a week. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. The warmest I could get the shower was 32C. Minimal counter space, no shelves. Old bike outside has no chain--unrideable. When I had to check out after 11 but before my shuttle van was to come at 1230, there was no other bathroom I was allowed to use. Positives: breakfast is good, pool is nice.
