Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Turned up for stay as per booking instructions to find the booking did not exist. Had to find alternate accommodation and am still waiting on refund and further feedback from Wotif team. If I could give less stars I would. Please do not book here and save yourself the pain, stress and utter incompetence I have experienced. Wotif/Expedia team, if you read this please resolve this as I am still impacted by the negative experience.
