We sincerely apologize we had no earplugs at the time you came down and saw us on reception, we usually have them available so we will investigate further as to why there were none there. We noticed you had booked a 10 bed dorm, one of our most social dorm types, don't forget if you want to be in a quieter room type we have many options available ranging from 8 bed, 6 bed, 4 bed dorms and even private hotel rooms. All our smaller dorms are situated on levels 3 and 4 well away from the club. We look forward to having you stay with us again just ask for a quiet room.

Thank you for your review. Yes, our entertainment venues are second to none. Our en-suite bathrooms are a fantastic edition to our countless services and facilities. For those looking for a quiet night sleep we recommend a smaller dorm on higher floor. This can easily be requested at the time of booking. If you are wanting a few more creature comforts why not book one of our fully refurbished, modern hotel rooms?
