It wasn’t really a “luxury hotel,” but it was a lovely place where we could truly enjoy the feel of an overseas resort. We didn’t see any Japanese staff, but that actually made it feel more like being abroad, which we liked. Even with our limited English, everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we had a great stay with our child. The staff were all super cool and really cute!

The pool is lovely, and also the rooms are in good condition. However, the room service was not good, although they come for cleaning everyday, they didn’t even bother to vacuuming hair from bathrooms, and also using the same sheets for 4 days, putting a card for not changing them unless requested in the drawers. The variety of food was average for breakfast, and the drinks of the bar are expensive.

The staff are all lovely, the hotel had some fun activities for the kids such as the reptile pet show at breakfast and games where they could win free ice cream which my 7 yr old loved.
