The building is in a safe quiet area, it is a little run down, (broken window in next room that had not been repaired or covered.

Lady that checked me in was outside smoking a cigarette and then was inconvenienced that I showed up to check in so she had her boyfriend come to the counter with her to check me and was upset that she had to do it. The room was so dirty I slept in my clothes.

The hotel is okay at best. The staff are friendly and attentive, but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, the drains didn’t drain promptly, there was hair from other guests.. fine for a cheap night but I’d want more for the price point

Not not a great stay at this one
Customer service was great. We had a smoking room thats all they had available at the time and we dont smoke. Ive been in smoking rooms before and couldn't even tell it was but here 100 times than ive ever been in and also bugs crawling around.

Bad Experience
The motel was worn, and dirty. The floor tiles were coming up, the bathroom fixtures were rusty and gross. The only one good experience was the refrig. worked well. We will not return.

The breakfast options were the typical foods you would be see for a continental breakfast, but at the same time, they were pretty good. All of the options were still avail., even when we went towards the end of the breakfast time one morning. The staff for the breakfast food did a good job and replenished the hot foods when needed. The room and tables were kept clean and there was enough seating for the guests that were there when we were eating. Minus: re: the stay: found 2 diff. bugs in our room and one of them ended up on my arm and bit me, within about 5 min. of entering the room for the first time! Washed my hands at the sink soon after getting in the room, and when I was drying my hands with the hand towel (which I wasn't sure was a fresh one to begin with), I felt a bite on my forearm and looked down to see a tiny black bug of some sort stuck to my arm! I immediately showed my husband and he tried to see what kind of bug it was, but I realized it was hurting my arm with kind of a stinging bite, so he swatted it off onto the floor. We tried to find it again to see what it was, but lost sight of it on the dark carpet. My arm got a little bit pink and developed a small bump. I also had a bit of a stinging sensation and it became itchy. Fortunately, we had some cortisone cream with us, which seemed to help. We're pretty sure it was either a biting ant or some kind of small spider. Then later, getting into bed, saw a small brown spider, too, on the top sheet!

Candidate for worst motel
This is a Crack motel. The pictures aren't from here. There are cockroaches, moldy air conditioners, water pressure is terrible, kids party until 2AM here on weekdays, a man was passed out in the stairwell two days in a row, the beds are old, the TV was tiny, the room was hot in the daytime and cold At night. At least the clerk was pleasant and helpful I guess.

Not Best Western's usual standard.
The room was basic, which is not an issue. Cleanliness was very questionable. The filter on the air conditioner looked very dirty with possible mold, the tiled floor was filthy with hairs, dust and dirt... feet were black after walking from bed to bathroom. We returned to our room after the wedding we were attending and there was a crawling bug on the pillow of one of the beds, we ended up staying at our friends overnight . I did not check out or alert front desk. Went to check our room before 11 am ( check out time) and the cleaners were already in there.. so we didn't get a chance to see if we left anything. I took the room cards back to reception and asked them why there were cleaners in our room when i had not checked out, the reception man asked what room and then apologized. Wide pass for this one i am afraid. Bathroom needs some repair.

We needed a handicap room as I use a power chair. We even called to make sure we got one. Well That didn`t happen, cause they don`t even have a handicap room. The rooms had a 2" bump to get into the room. And some one made a big mistake in the reservation, had 1 person staying instead of 2 adults and 1 child. Not sure if it was the hotel or some one at Expedia. We are planing a big trip next month will be useing Expedia I will be making sure we get a handicap room when we reserve one. I could not even get in the bathroom and close the door. Had to have my wife and grand daughter go out and do something for I could go in and poop. I could at lest get in and pee. That is not going to happen again. I would like some kind of rebate on this stay, put I don`t think I`ll be getting one. Not happy at all at this point with Expedia. Hopeing it gets better. Our next trip is going to be about a month long will be staying in alot of hotels along the way, so maybe it will get better. Will only be myself and my wife traveling. So I am hopeful things will change. If not I will be changing how we reserve our rooms. I am hopeful as this is going to be one of those trps of a life time. Very noisy from construction workers that seemed to also stay at the hotel. Outdated hotel, bathroom not very clean (sink); thin walls and door - we could hear neighbor in next room arguing on the phone at 7 am. Fri workers left and it was fairly quiet. Very limited breakfast options (eggs or oatmeal, only white bread for toast). Check in staff was friendly, pool area was ok.
