The staff was extremely helpful and always making sure there is no problems. The location was great. The roof top pool is amazing. Our tour guide Ahmed and the driver made the trip to Egypt a time we will never forgot. I would go back to this hotel and definitely if you are looking for a great tour guide ask for Ahmed.
