정말 최악의 리셉션, 더러운 룸상태
정말 최악의 숙박이였습니다 잠자는데 방문을 그냥 열고 들어오지 않나... 체크아웃할때 아무 이유없이 120le를 달라고 하네요 정말최악의 호텔입니다 이거 어떻게 되돌려받죠?

나일강 옆에 위치한 호텔
가격에 비해 시설이 너무 노후된 호텔입니다. 로비는 그럭저럭 괜찮았는데.. 객실의 경우 너무 노후되었고 길가에 위치한 객실의 경우 소음이 너무 심합니다. 창문의 경우, 제대로 닫히지 않아 소음이 그대로 전달. 이집트인이 대부분 숙박하는 것 같은데, 이집트인이 아니라면 별로 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다 (동일 가격대 주변 국제브랜드 호텔 숙박 권유드립니다.). 택시를 이용하려 택시를 불러달라고 했더니, 로컬 미터 택시가 아닌 호텔앞 다른 택시를 추천(이집트 택시는 조심해서 타야 합니다. 너무 많이 부릅니다.)해서 좀 황당 했습니다 (100 파운드 거리를 300파운드 부름)

First of all, we booked 2 room so obviously i would like to have 2 rooms either connected or next to each other. they did not have that.Also WIFI does not work. We had our room on 8th floor and to user WIFI, we had come out near elevator.Also during our last day stay, we slept without powew/Electircity and we had flight next day 5 am. So not happy with out stay.

Svært skuffende
Hotellets resepsjon og første etasje er fine, men rommet var veldig skuffende, spesielt fordi de omtaler seg som et 5-stjerners hotell. Rommet vi fikk hadde svært mange feil, blant annet lekkasje i taket. Ettersom hotellet var fullt kunne vi ikke få nytt rom. Lekkasjen ble stoppet, men det ble et stort hull i taket. Ellers var det dårlig renhold på badet, minibaren var skitten og ute av stand og toalettsetet var løst.

Uno de lo peor hotel donde he estado. Sabanas sucias, pelos en todos partes: en el baño en el suelo. Las ventanas no se han podido cerrar, por la coches hace una ruido constante del tráfico. No recomiendo para nada.

The location is perfect. Unfortunately, my room was not clean when I arrived. Also, the internet in the room was bad: to be able to work, it was necessary to go to the lobby. As a last point, I was followed by a man on the street accusing me of ckecking out without paying my bill the day before I actually checked out.

Advertised pictures of the rooms are a complete lie. Had to upgrade to the most expensive suite they have to get a 4 star experience barely. Linen was dirty and hotel is in extremely bad condition. Disgusting.

This property was just ok. The fact that there is no heat in the hotel is a problem for me, as the ac was on and I was freezing and uncomfortable during my stay in February. Staff brought extra blankets when requested and a space heater but I came down with a cold during my stay. Service is a bit slow in the hotel restaurant and I wouldn’t recommend booking a tour through concierge services.

Do not believe the hotel star rating or price tag.
The rooms and hallways are in incredible need of renovation. From the second you get in the elevator, you question the quality of the hotel. You step out and the carpet is ill fitting not seen a decent vacuum cleaner in a while. The room is very worn and has a feeling of 2star quality. The single glazed window was broken and failed to close correctly leading to noise and wind getting in. The bathroom was horrible. Mould on almost all tile adhesive. Timber framework hanging off. Limescale everywhere. Drains failed to drain. Shower curtain had mould. I felt dirtier after my shower.

Hotel is really old and is in need of renovation badly. The 3 bedroom we had was barely cleaned, we had to ask 3 times for towels, chipped paint on the walls, torn carpet, cigarette smoke in the room, construction next door and they were banging on the wall...

Ce n’est clairement pas un 5*, loin de là !! État vétuste de la chambre, bouilloire pleine de calcaire, boîtier climatisation cassé et j’en passe… Nous avons exigé de changer de chambre, mais la réception nous a dit qu’il n’y en avait pas de disponible et nous a demandé de revenir le lendemain. Ils ont envoyé quelqu’un pour refaire le menage, mais honnêtement c’était très succinct et nous avons dormi avec nos vêtements tellement l’hygiène laissait à désirer. Une autre chambre nous a été affectée le lendemain, moins vétuste mais toujours pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5*. Nous ne recommandons pas et n’y reviendrons pas. Nous avons même raccourci notre séjour de 2 jours alors que tout était payé et non remboursable. Il est regrettable qu’Expedia commercialise ce type d’hôtel !

The staff besides the front desk were all very helpful and accommodating. The front desk however was not. The room towels had random hair on them. There was a nail sticking through desk chair cushion that punctured my hand. The front desk couldn't help with printing or direct me to where I could print for work. The other people around the front did help however. Also I requested an adaptor for the plug in which I was told to go to my room and call the front desk, that I wasn't able to just come down and request. I did this and the maintenance guy showed up with the entire outlet and handed it to me to wire in. I had to call the front desk to translate that I didn't have any tools and that I wasn't wiring into their live wires. Their gym is also only open for a short duration of time and during peak hours of people wanting to do tours. If you're vacationing and expecting to do a workout before or after your tours, I doubt you will have time
