“The room was clean. My room did need some minor repairs which I notified the front desk on leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.”

“This was one of the most beautiful Inns we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and close to so many restaurants. The Inn had the cutest dining room and living room. Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of champagne and taken to our room. In the morning we were greeted with a complimentary breakfast. We were sad to leave. We can’t wait to return to Eugene to stay there again.”

“Staff was helpful but I reserved a king room and they could only provide a queen and fold out, saying they only had one pet friendly king room and it was already taken. I had messaged two weeks ahead that we weee traveling with our small dog.”
