The hotel staff and facilities staff at this location are the friendliest and efficient group. The property is fairly new. Very clean and up to date. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. An excellent stay for a great price.

Not bad. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The pool and hot tub were broke. No USB ports in room. Comfortable bed, would stay again.

Nice and clean. Nothing super fancy and the walls were thin so you could hear a lot of noise in the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Great bang for your buck
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, clean and had a larger size mini fridge. The only downfall was how loud the AC unit was when running which made it harder for the kids to sleep.

This is the first place we’ve rented that had enough warm bedding! Usually I bring an extra blanket along for more comfort but didn’t need it here! I LOVED the large shower! Again, we haven’t rented a room that had a real shower before! It was a wonderful surprise! The only thing I would suggest to this facility is to have a place to charge a cell phone in the suite. My phone was dead and I couldn’t recharge it until we returned home. Don’t think that not having a place to charge a phone took away from the comfort of that room though!

Super welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and warm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate. I thought it was brand new and was shocked to find out it’s 8.5 years old. It’s maintained in great condition.

Wonderful nights stay.
Every area of the hotel was very clean and kept up. Employees were all very nice. The room was comfortable. The pool area was clean and we appreciated the breakfast being available. Great value.

The staff was outstanding and rooms were super clean breakfast was delicious, pool was nice only thing the floor was very slippery with wet feet made me very nervous with my grandkids.

False advertising that our room was SMOKING. Everything else was great, especially Bonnie the server at breakfast.

Let me apologize for the misinformation relayed to you. Our website shows that we are a non-smoking facility as well as a pet free hotel. If you were informed otherwise by another site then yes you were misinformed. May I suggest calling the hotel directly if you have a question or concern for your accommodations or visit the hotel website. Thank you for staying with us on your recent stay.

We chose this hotel because we have stayed at other Comfort Inn and Suites. This one did not let us down. Great hotel, great location and everything was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant with the exception of Natasha who was not cordial. When we arrived each time at the desk she would not look up until it was convenient and appeared annoyed when I asked for additional shampoo, only one was provided one day and there were two of us. Natasha needs to be coached on professional etiquette, especially in the hotel and concierge service industry. Normally we would not complain but Natasha was rude and that is not okay based on all the money we paid for 7 nights. Other than Natasha our stay and other staff were excellent.

Thank you for the 5 Stars and to address your review concerning Natasha, let me assure you that she is one of my most pleasant and accommodating employees and I did review this with her like yourself, I want complete satisfaction with all guest. Talking to her about this she had no intention of being rude if she came off that way so please accept my apologies and hers. She has had a rough week with some personal things and sometimes those things can come off the wrong way but please again accept my apologies. As far as the room amenities I take responsibility for not providing more information to housekeeping as to supply more. We did do a linen change and a new housekeeper serviced your room and I should've made her aware you needed more. I hope you made it home safely and getting some much needed rest for you both.

We needed a last minute hotel for a 1 night stay. We didn’t arrive until late. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and nice. The hotel and our room was very clean. I thought the bed was comfortable and slept well. Breakfast was good and they have a nice selection from fruit to yogurt to make your own waffles and everything in between. We would definitely stay there again.

The stay was just perfect. My wife and I along with a friend went to a concert and this was perfect. A great location right off the interstate with a good selection of eating places including one right off the parking lot. The rooms were clean, neat and attractive. It was exactly as described online. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inside pool and the hot tub were used and were excellant. The breakfast food was good, also. Quiet, safe and just a perfect place to visit.
