"At check in the agent kept calling me " dear" first of all I'm not a nor extremely elderly, so I found it very unprofessional and condescending. Second, I can understand taking s credit card number for incidental, but I see no reason to put a $50 charge on my account, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Third, our room was supposed to come with a microwave, which it did not. After a long drive, late check in, getting all our stuff into room- we really didn't feel like bringing...

"Clean room with air conditioning. Hotel was maintained well and parking felt safe, nothing happened to our car. They provided breakfast, coffee and hot water all day, and a water refill station. Close to lots of food and the freeway!"
