Todo muy limpio, el l servicio excelente, las instalaciones por igual, no doy 5 estrellas por el hecho que no tienen TV, si bien está dirigido al descanso y relajamiento, creo que algunos vemos este detalle como parte del mismo. Por el resto todo perfecto.

Cabañas muy agradables, generosas de espacio, concepto arquitectónico estupendo. Muy buena limpieza. Punto estratégico para el avistamiento y acceso al lago Calima. El desayuno bueno en general pero con una metodología de servido a la mesa que trunca al comensal, un poco demorado y el alistamiento a la mesa desordenado. Buen sabor y buena calidad.

El servicio en el restaurante no es bueno y es lento. Los precios del restaurante son altos para la calidad de lo que sirven. No estuvo nada bueno el lomo saltado. En la noche se compuso el servicio y el Club sándwich y a la mañana siguiente el desayuno es bueno , variado y de nuevo al desayuno estuvo bien el servicio porque fue la misma mesera que nos atendió en la noche , sin embargo hay que pedirles varias veces las cosas.
