With less than 100 bedrooms, all with stunning views of the port, sea and beach, this adults only hotel was to us all about location and facilities and we enjoyed a 4 night stay here at the beginning of July. Only 30 minutes drive away from the airport, this adults only hotel was a relaxing break. The staff are a credit to the hotel branding and manager. Friendly and approachable especially Lucas at the bar and the pool man ! The cleanliness was another 5 stars in public areas and the rooms. Great choice of breakfast and drinks from 7.30-11am. The only let down was the ice machine and hot tub/ whirl pool were not working on the afternoon we spent in the Spa. And as we stayed half board, the dinner was not consistent on every night- staff only offered coffee on one evening, the appetisers were not given every night and noticeably the same with other diners, some having free limoncello. A few guests let the hotel and guests down by swimming in the pool after 7pm, feeding the seagulls, and laying out towels on the sunbeds -then not using all day - there are a few ground rules laid out by the hotel for reasons ! A great extra for guest use was the Mercedes minibus taxi to take you down to the port /beach and back when you called ! Ideal for some who couldn’t manage to walk up the hill in the heat! The local spar mini market was 5 minutes across the road, and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from at the port. Would recommend to anyone wanting to switch off and relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Pure Salt. The views are amazing and being able to walk down to the harbour and have access to all the restaurants there was a huge bonus. We especially loved Olivera. You could also rent a boat or go to the beach. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. They had everything you could ever want. We had omelets most days as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The spa was also lovely. You did not have to book a treatment to use it. As a guest, we would wind up our afternoon in the hot tub or sauna. We also used the red light room. It was very relaxing. The resort was very clean and the staff were always friendly. The infinity pool was beautiful and had a breathtaking view of the harbour. Our room was comfortable, but a little dated. It felt a little dark. We choose a swim up room. Although it was wonderful to have outdoor space to sun bathe, the pool was very cold. Too cold to use. We have stayed in swim up rooms at other resorts and the pools have always been heated. It was disappointing to pay for extra for a room with a pool and not be able to use it. We would stay at Pure Salt again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing. Room was lovely, spacious and the Hottub was regularly cleaned. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of choices. Ate at the restaurant a few times and food was excellent.
