"The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town. "

"The best Pain au chocolati ever had, very good service durring breakfast. We were stuck in sapa so we checked in next day. Nothing offered for the day we lost, but i guess it is not their fault. Very good location in front of the beach. Only thing we had is minor noise coming from below if you want to sleep early around 9.00 you may find it hard. If you are tired you will definetly flgo to sleep. If we come back to Da nang we will definetly come back to this hotel."
