Conveniently located within walking distance of eateries and shopping. Need to improve the quality of the coffee provided in the room. It used to be better. Housekeeping was very good - kept the room clean. Staff at reception were pleasant and knowledgeable - made us feel welcomed. Room service is a new feature introduced since our previous visit. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Room is old and breakfast was ordinary.

Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were apologetic when we notified them but all we got told was the maintenance person knew about the tap, hopefully it gets tidied up. At first i tried to pass it off, we paid $300 for the room but after i have thought about it im pretty frustrated. The staff were lovely but the amenities were not great. Look elsewhere if you can.

We stayed over the recent wet windy weather it was so easy and relaxed and easy for me to get to my work meetings

I stay here every few weeks for work and it’s gets better each time. The staff, especially Deepak at the front desk, are incredible. The hotel is spotless and the facilities and dining options are always fabulous. Highly recommend!
