“Hotel was perfect, Mary and the front desk staff were excellent. Even helped me correct my error of booking the wrong night with professionalism and understanding. Could have said tough cookies but they moved the prepaid reservation for me anyway.”

“Had a nice stay for a night, it was very comfortable and pretty clean other than a few hairs by the tub and one little bug”

“Pet friendly Clean”

“Very clean”

“Property is old, tired and smells musty. Breakfast was not well prepared or presented. They had to send someone out to buy bread for toast.”

“All aspects of the hotel were excellent, except the beds. They were way too soft.”

“Clean but air did not work correctly. Everything felt really cheap.”

“Great service, clean hotel, in a nice quiet location.”

“This little hotel was just wonderful! The scenic decks overlooking the Ohio River were so enjoyable! And we loved the Halloween decorations! The staff was super personable. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was nice and we loved how they enclosed part of the deck so you could enjoy the view and have your breakfast but still stay warm. The little bar was well supplied and the prices were good. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madison.”

“Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.”

“The property was in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and the river walk. Really enjoyed walking downtown. The room was nice. We like having a kitchenette. It could have been a little quieter. Could hear the upstairs shower and water running. But over all like this place to stay.”

“They are pet friendly and staff was great, my room was clean and the breakfast bar is good with plenty of options”
