No geral, é um otimo hotel. Funcionários educados e cordiais. Café da manhã, excelente! Alguns pontos para melhorar: Banheiro, do nosso quarto, parecia bem antigo, sem porta toalhas; Quarto sem suporte para pendurar objetos; Sinal de Internet mto fraco. No mais, passei dias incriveis com minha esposa. Ficamos encantados com Jaguariuna... que cidade linda! Voltaremos, com certeza!

Muito boa localização, a recepção é sempre prestativa, quarto grande e cama confortável, café da manhã com bastante opções. Não aproveitei a área da piscina mas me pareceu ser bem legal. No geral achei tudo bom!

Ótima experiência

Estive hospedado para participar de um concurso público. O ambiente é muito confortável, e a combinação da piscina, beach tennis e um barzinho à beira da piscina transmite uma energia excelente — dá até a sensação de estar na praia, o que foi ótimo para que eu pudesse relaxar um dia antes da prova. Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos e solícitos às minhas necessidades. O hotel também oferece um café da manhã saboroso e está localizado próximo a várias opções de entretenimento.

Em suma, Foi muito bom , a questão da limpeza, atendimento dos funcionários e sempre dando atenção. Em relação ao quarto, o ar-condicionado não estava gelando, e o colchão estava com aspecto de bem fundo.
