Hotel mudou de dono e piorou bastante a qualidade. O chuveiro era a gás, agora é eletrico. Teto di banheiro caindo, cortinas sujas, paredes com remendos. Ja foi muito bom, hj em dia não mais. Café da manhã bom.

apesar do hotel ser conservado, é necessário manutenções nos apartamentos. Os móveis são antigos, a mobília precisa de reparos, mas principalmente as camas, os travesseiros, troca de roupa de cama, e toalhas.

Estadia foi tranquila, porem faz muito barulho en função da localização cruzamento das avenidas, passa muito carro, cafe da manha simples mas gostoso, o suficiente. Deu tudo certo.

Hotel decadente, não recomendo!

Experiência lamentável! Iniciando pelo check-in onde o atende disse que minha reserva era no apartamento standard e que eu havia pago um valor menor do que paguei. O comprovante da reserva do hoteis.com mostrava apartamento "superluxo" e o valor correto que eu havia pago e o recepcionista disse que o hoteis.com errou. Enfim, fui ao apartamento que estava disponível e ai vieram outras decepções. A porta do banheiro não fechava, o secador de cabelo que dizia que teria, não tinha, porta do box faltava a porta para fechar o box, o banho quente do nada gelava a agua e depois esquentava novamente e cobertores velhos e com higiene bastante duvidosa. Enfim, minha experiência foi pessima e não recomendo.

Estadia bem ruim.....

Estadia com muitos problemas, porta so quarto sem funcionamento da chave code, para abrir tinha que chamar na recepção, televisão foi avisado na hora da entrada que não funcionava, sinal de wi-fi terrivel tive que rotear do celular para poder usar note, nao tinha porta no box quando usava molhava banheiro todo, água quente intermitente, no meio do banho gelava, quarto pouco limpo embaixo da cama uma sujeira só, acho que limpam apenas porcina das coisas, café da manhã muito fraquinho, as 7 horas da manhã muito barulho so pessoal da manutenção, tem que fazer mais um pouco de senso de horário com os hóspedes, enfim..... experiência bem ruim, precisam dar uma grande melhorada em tudo....

AGRADÁVEL

O hotel atende muito bem ao meu objetivo: Visita a familiares. Tudo funciona bem: ar condicionado, tv a cabo.... O café da manhã é razoavelmente bom. Limpeza bem a contento. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O acesso ao hotel é fácil, próximo ao centro da cidade, precisa de carro. Caso goste de caminhar, o caminho é agradável.

Precisei de um secador, pois a tomada do meu não se adaptava . Liguei na recepção para informar que o secador do hotel não estava funcionando e se havia algum para empréstimo. Simplesmente falaram que não! Nem sequer me ofereceram trocar de quarto! Isso pq deveria ter um “secador fixo no banheiro”.

O Hotel pelo menos o apto 53 muito simples, poderia revitalizar pelo menos esse apto. Sofá muito antigo quase rasgando móveis bem antigo porém conservado TV ainda era pequena e de tubo. Recepção não ofereceu Internet. Porém tinha. Minha concepção pode e tem vários pontos a melhorar. Por isso a nota é regular.
