Estadia excelente, atendimento desde o Check inn ao check out, funcionários educados, atenciosos, prestativos com destaque para funcionaria Naiara do check inn, valendo ressaltar a camareira Silvania. á terceira vez que nos hospedamos no Rainha do Brasil. Gostaria de fazer uma observação quanto ao ônibus do traslado para o Santuario, que não tem limite de passageiros, vindo para o hotel no ultimo horario com um excessivo muito alto, com senhoras idosas se desequilibrando, caindo por cima das outras, nas curvas, fiquei com muito medo de ocorrer um acidente, quero deixar a data que foi 26/10/2025 o ônibus das 19:30h.
