"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"
"Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday."
"Lovely boutique hotel tucked away in Palma’s old town. The staff were super friendly and we loved the rooftop bar and the spa which you have private use of for 45 mins. Would definitely stay again when in Palma!"
