"We absolutely really loved our hotel. It is in a great location in Back Bay, it’s walkable to everything, it’s very clean and updated. However, if I had one complaint and only one complaint only it would be that the mattress was so hard. I have never really complained about mattresses at a hotel, but it just felt very firm, to the point where we were tossing and turning throughout the night. But really, and truthfully, the hotel was beautiful, we never told the staff about the mattress, we just dealt with it, but we would definitely stay here again-just because of the location, how close it was to everything, the area surrounding was beautiful and very clean, it was close to Fenway, close to Newberry Street."

"This is a great hotel in a great location. Many of the reviews spoke to it needing abit of a facelift. True - but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the hotel. Rooms were clean. Just abit worn. The bed was great. Though we didn't eat at the Tempo restaurant inside the hotel I noticed the prices to be very reasonable with a great menu. Connected to a mall with a nice food court was a bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The room was mostly clean, but there was dirt and sand on one of the beds. Breakfast was a sad muffin in a plastic wrap and some mediocre coffee. The staff was nice and helpful."
