Although classified as an hotel these are suite level apartments. It's located in the very heart of the city, it's very VERY nice but ask in advance if yiu have some special requirements as not being an hotel they might be not able to support, which in my case was pretty serious and not at all well managed.

Great room and excellent value for money. The two guys who booked us in were very helpful. Just a small point the hole in the shower ceiling does need fixing. Everything else was really comfortable and enjoyable

Perfect location walkable to every popular location. Room was spacious and clean, we had no issues at all. Would have been happy to stay longer. We hade breakfast every morning in the cafe downstairs. This was not included in the price, but fresh, delicious and reasonably priced for what we received. .

Büyük, konforlu, tertemiz, yepyeni bir oda. Çalışan Can Bey ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Otelin konumu çok çok iyi bir yerde. Sadece restoran ve otoparkı da olsaydı harika olurdu. Otelin karşısındaki otoparkı ücretli olarak kullandım. Etrafta çok fazla yemek seçeneği olan mekanlar var. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Personel bayram nedeniyle tatile çıkmıştı otelde bir tane personel yoktu iki gün boyunca . Hijyen çok kötüydü , odalarda sigara içilmez ikazları olması çok ciddiye alınmamış yastıklar bile sigara kokuyordu. Banyodaki Elektrik prizi tehlikeli şekilde yerinden çıkmıştı ve ayrıca odanın temizliği iyi değildi . Klima bu sıcakta ciddi derecede sıkıntılıydı bu yüzden camları açarak uyumaya çalıştık . Park alanı yok vb…

Obwohl check in bis 19 Uhr stand würden wir ab 14 Uhr pausenlos angerufen wo wir bleiben??? Waren dann 17 Uhr dort und das caffee wurde dann nach schlusselubergabe geschlossrn es ist kein hotel nur Unterkunft Zimmer ohne Reinigung und Service. Es wird nicht mal Frühstück angeboten. Es ist ein kaffeeausschank mit 4 Zimmer. Welche Stockflecken an der Decke hätten. Tassen gab's auch nicht nur für die 3 Nächte 2 pappbecher. Am 2 Tag habe ich nach Tassen und 1Glas gefragt und Toilettenpapier. Da es fast alle war also faizit. zentral gelegen aber kein Service.

Otel çok temiz kullanışlı ve güzeldi herkese tavsiye ediyorum.Fakat Çanakkale’nin çok soğuk olmasından dolayı tek klima çok ısıtmıyor odayı bir puanı ondan kırdım bunun dışında herşey dört dörtlük.Ayrıca hotels .com dan kiraladık kahvaltı dahil yazıyordu otele gidince kahvaltı servisi olmadığını hotels.com hatası olduğunu söylediler.Daha sonra isterseniz telafi edelim omlet vs ücretsiz ikram edelim dediler ama tercih etmedik kahvaltısız olduğunu dikkate almanızı tavsiye ediyorum
