Ms AllenIt is a shame that you refuse to post what went on. But I will POST THE CORRECT INFORMATION!!!When you checked in you mentioned that the hot tub was not working. When you came to check out, I ask you what was wrong with the hot tub, and your response was, it don't matter as you just wanted your deposit back so you can have a nice day. I asked someone to check the room for smoke/damages. Then you started cussing and yelling at me , stating I must not like NI**** and having a bad day.I REFUSED TO CONTINUE TO SPEAK TO SUCH A RUDE PERSON. AFTER GIVING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, YOU THEN MADE THE DUMBEST MISTAKE ANS SPIT ON ME. ALL THIS WAS RECORDED ON CAMERA, AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AS THIS IS ASSULT.I hope you enjoy your visit by the authorities and trying to explain your actions.ASLO YOU CAN NO LONGER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND HAVE BEEN TRESSPASSED FROM THE PROPERTY.

You need to talk to Expedia as they booked you a room but the hotel was sold out.

I am sorry about the earring post in the bed. THIS will be addressed with the housekeeping staff.We are cleaning the carpets today as a matter of fact. The hotel has been so busy, it is hard to clean them.I appreciate your feed back, and I promise the bed issue will be addressed.
