Overall we enjoyed our stay in Kingston. Loved the 80/20 Cafe downstairs (great coffee and breakfast), great walking distance to Kingston Foreshore. Easy drive back to the City Centre to catch up with friends.
Great service - reception staff were very friendly and organised and assisted in extending my stay even though there was limited availability.
Make sure to read the hotel correspondence as there is no reception and you need to collect the keys from a separate office which is only staffed during work hours.

Convenient Location
Family unit was really clean. Bedroom TV did not work, bedside lamp was not connected to hidden power point. Lift to first level not the second level. Excellent location for park shops and restaurants

The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed, thought the lounge suite and carpet are a little tired.
The entry hall and stair area could be improved - it is dark and the carpet is old and stained. Noisy neighbours late at night and construction work impacted sleep.

A wonderful stay.
We booked for 5 nights but ended up last minute booking a 6th night. Our stay was great. It’s a quiet complex with a designated parking spot.
The communication from accomodate canberra was succinct and easy to follow.
We stayed in apartment 180 which was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The apartment was neat, clean and tidy. The bathroom is a shower over a deep corner bath/spa. It might not suit people with mobility issues. Access to the apartment is via a lift from the carpark or ground level followed by a set of stairs.
Griffin is located a short walk from restaurants and a supermarket which was convenient. The cafe across the road is a must if you’re after great coffee and delicious breakfast.

Stairs!!!!! If we had of known no lift was available would not have booked sorry. Plus the whole getting the key from safe in separate location etc which normally would be fine but traveling with a 10month old these issues felt huge.

Disliked: Amenities
bed was comfortable but bathrooms need replacing. small, shower too small, not the cleanest.
Really clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Only part we didn’t like was that the ‘shower over spa’ combination felt very precarious - it’s a huge step in and out of the shower! - and the bath/spa plug didn’t fit so we had to shower with the kids instead of bath them.
The location is unbeatable, close to so many restaurants and literary opposite a grocery store. The apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. Will definitely be booking on our next trip
It was clear the apartment had been updated recently but it had broken curtains, broken lounge and extremely mouldy shower in main bathroom that I could not wash my kids in.
The mattresses in queen beds were only sponge as well no springs which was disappointing.
Having said that the kitchen was clean and tidy.
A few little tweaks would make it more comfortable.
Great spot!! Central to what we were doing in Canberra. Would have expected a bit better for money we paid though.
Nice location close to shops, restaurants and bike path to the lake. Accomodation was comfortable. Only criticism was no wifi and no toilet paper so had to rush to the shops to get a roll but that was probably just an oversight. All the other toiletries and towels etc. were there.
3 b/r apartment very reasonably priced with 2 bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, across the road from many restaurants and supermarket. Short walk to Manuka and 3 minute drive to National Art Gallery. Quiet location. There is no lift so if stairs are an issue I would check which level your apartment is on. Key is picked up from real estate office right next to apartments with easy onsite parking
