"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know.

This was the first time we stayed at this new concept hotel where there was no reception nor any staff on site. However, they were easily reached by calling. I tried calling them at 2 AM and someone answered the phone which was great. The hotel had full kitchen, but I was concerned because there was no range hood to suck the smoke outside. Instead, they placed a smoke detector right on top of the gas stove. We did not cook, but was imagining someone was cooking and the smoke alarm was right on...

Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...
