어차피 코코봉고에 갈예정이라 애어비앤비 숙소에서 멀지않은 저렴한 숙소로 예약했습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절했고 숙소에서 M버스가 다니는 곳까지 걸어나가기에는 좀 먼거리라 택시를 이용해야만 했던 부분이 아쉬웠습니다.(택시기사들이 자꾸 택시요금을 사기치려고함ㅠㅠ) 하지만 잠만 자기에는 나쁘지 않았고.. 체크인은 3시간 일찍, 체크아웃은 1시간 늦게 했으나 매우 관대했습니다.

This property is a disrepair. There seems to be mold on the buildings. My door of my room would not lock so I couldn’t leave the hotel because my belongings were not secure. They were able to repair the door but it was too late for me to go anywhere. My room had unfinished drywall and I didn’t have any towels in my room. When they delivered a towel it had holes in it. The worst hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was professional and kind, it’s not their fault.

Ypu obviously have NOT had any travel representative inspect the property or investigate the condition of said property! Apparently, there are squatters occupying the property. I would like a refund! I can be more specific and will be on the internet!

Tive que trocar de quarto por que o primeiro estava com o ar condicionado estragado e o chuveiro não aquecia. O quarto ficava de frente para a rua e não me senti segura. O segundo quadro não estava com boa condições de higiene. Faltou toalha no momento da chegada do passeio no final do dia. O Box estava quebrado e molhava o banheiro todo e a água escorria até o quarto.

La atencion por parte del personal es excelente, Isaac y Leonardo son muy amables y atentos, lo mejor de la estadia.En la habitación el aseo de los baños es malo falta modernizarlos, adicional las instalaciones del hotel son viejas y su mantenimiento exterior esta muy deteriorado. El internet es deficiente. Las camas son cómodas y el aire funciona muy bien, el televisor maneja muy pocos canales. Por la cercana al lago hay mucho zancudo.

The whole staff was unfriendly. It seems they are used to deal with unhappy customers. They did not accept credit or debit card, cash only. The parking lot is a real dumpster, and worst of all, very noisy until late night.

This place is a fraud. The pictures on the website are not the the property we stayed at. These people are running this hotel under two names… Hotel, Nirvana, and Green 16 Hotel. We had dirty sheets in two separate rooms. My wife and I had to sleep on top of the bed without any covers. It was so filthy. The restaurant was outrageous as well. They tried to charge me $12 for a taco. I just left.

The bathroom was full of mold. T V was not working. It is a complex that has some apartments owned to different people and they are rent it for long period. It does not look like hotel. Too much noise from people second floor. I rented a first floor. My staying was not satisfied.

Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, they work with what they have. The hotel is a very low budget hotel (old) and there's a LOT of black mold growing on and in the rooms. The rooms are generally clean but smell of mold. I wasn't disappointed by the hotel because the price was less than $50/night. We were only passing through for the night. A note about the restaurant in the hotel. The food was decent and reasonably priced. However, our server was very lazy and stayed on his phone the entire time we ate never checking if we needed drink refills or anything else. I was dismayed when he brought the check which included a 20% tip for himself which he did NOT earn. It's clearly a case that he didn't have to work for his tips, so he didn't. He was polite the two interactions we had with him (taking our order and bringing our check).

Well the price seemed right they said it was the last room available 4 floors up with no elevator after a long day climbing stairs at the zip line and hiking the Mayans ruins to boot there was literally was no one here empty units every floor. next to no pressure in the shower. TV would not work. no wash cloth when I came back at 12 AM my card wouldn’t work I walked four flights down they gave me another one that one didn’t work I went back down 4 floors again they came back up with a manual key that didn’t work and so I sit outside at 1 AM waiting to get let into my room spend the extra money don’t stay here

Muy desgastado, las escaleras son un fastidio, la cama no fue cómoda y la limpieza no fue bien realizada pues no cambian las sábanas, el uso de la piscina es muy restringido, la información del lugar está maquílada para engancharte.

I like the view from the room and it was big and clean!! The ac worked perfectly and the so did the wifi :)!!!!! I wish there was a mirror and cable in the room and the water from the shower sucked over all slept good
