"Estuve 6 días con mi esposo !! Lo mejor de lo mejor , las mejores fiestas y temáticas los empleados son un amor y siempre dispuestos ayudar . Las instalaciones en perfecta condición y la cómoda un 10/10 . Ya es mi segunda vez en este hotel y volvería mil beses más . "

"Room was large clean with a view of the ocean. Housekeeping was good, drinks in fridge delivery was good. The la cartes are ok, food is lacking some flavour, and if eating after 7:00 you will probably have a wait. Only Japanese, steakhouse, Italian and Manhattan are the only four open for dinner, with buffet. Breakfast is only the buffet, lunch is buffet, hamburger/hotdog/pizza outside by pool, and possibly a Mexican à la carte. Room service has a charge of $200 ($10 usd) pesos for each time. Less then advertised, unless you are Infinite. Pools are good, lots of bars. Elevators at one end of the property were great, other end had one out of order and other was very slow. General cleanliness was good. Overall feeling was small maintenance is needed, paint, and small items. "
