"The hotel is fairly new and it was clean and updated. The rooms are a little small. Also, be aware the walls and floors are thin. We could hear the person in the room above us walking around and it was louder then normal because there is no carpet in the rooms. After they went to bed, it was quiet and we had no issues. "

"This stay was ok. When we first got there, we notice the bathroom was not the cleanest ie dirt on the floor, but most obvious was splatter of maybe chocolate ice cream all over the wall? Not sure what it was, but clearly no one tried to wipe it off and it was literally everywhere on one section of the wall by the trashcan. There was another spot on a wall in the room where drink or something else had been splashed all over the wall. That one may have been a stain? The bathroom one could be cleaned. We mentioned this to the front staff and nothing was done. Breakfast was a good selection. Walls are fairly thin."

"First impression was that the building looks new and up to date, the woman that helped me up front was amazin I wish I remembered her name but she accommodated me in a pet free room because of my severe allergies: FYI having hypoallergenic dogs doesn’t mean people with dog allergies don’t get symptoms the smell of dog urine or even the saliva of dogs sends me into hives and triggers my asthma. Don’t ask for pet free rooms if you have pets please. The room i was in was super clean and the beds were comfortable for the price this place can’t be beat even the breakfast was great. "

"The room smelled like burned toast or burned something, when we checked in. Room was clean, shower was weak and shower floor felt as if you would fall through the floor. Hotel charged us a cleaning fee of 50$ for room being dirty beyond their normal, after we checked out. We have traveled all over the country and stayed in hotels and have never been charged a extra cleaning fee. We left the room clean and smelling better than we found it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. "

"Average place to stay not too far from RDU. Standard amenities you will find in most Hampton Inn locations. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There were many guests with dogs, which did not bother us but worth noting in case that’s a concern. The carpet and hard surfaces on the first floor had signs of repeated pet accidents. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, creating quite a disruption, and the breakfast was missing many of the usual items such as bagels and bread. Overall, not terrible but not great. I would personally try another option before returning to this one."
