Really cute boutiquey hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location especially for events by Centennial Park. Free parking. Near trails and shops. We requested for the sofa bed to be turned ahead of our arrival but we had to do it ourselves - minor inconvenience of not having round the clock housekeeping and front desk.

Great location with easy parking in Canmore’s main area. Check in time is strict which I haven’t generally encountered too often. Room was not clean, I was advised it would be remedied the next day and returned to it still unclean. The onsite manager was great in getting it cleaned after this, and happy with the room afterwards. Modern room with comfy beds, quiet location.

Decent room, the mattress on the pullout couch was possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever laid on. Also the room was over 600 dollars for a single night which is an insane price gouge for a motel.

The hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The hotel front desk individual was polite, but only available approximately 3:30PM-9:30PM. The remaining time, the front desk door was locked. This was an issue when you needed to talk to with front desk or enter the lobby to get ice.

Hot tub was frigid water so unusable; the fan in the bathroom was so loud could not hear each other talk, no service in room for towels or making the bed for 3 days; light bulbs in overhead light and bedstand lights were super dim and we paid US$600 per night for 3 nights! Check in process was difficult. But the location was great in downtown area, it had a nice espresso machine, and the remodeled bathroom was really cute.

I did the self check in and check out. Got a big and very clean room. The whole room looks like newly remodeled, everything looks like brand new and shiny. My room has a sofa set, make it looks almost like a mini-suite. The only shortcomings is a little bit cold, but there were 3 small heaters and a mini-split AC which was very helpful. My room is next to the street but it was very quiet. Above expectation.
