What an amazing property! The rooms are so clean and spacious and the view is incredible! I would highly recommend this property. Close to all amenities you would need and to the highway for further travel. Downtown Canmore has lovely restaurants and shops as well and everything is within walking distance. Definitely worth returning the Malcolm!

The hotel was excellent, really great location with plenty of parking. The staff were great as was the restaurant staff. The food was very good, with a varied menue. Our room was lovely and bright with a balcony. The pool area was great, we were just unlucky as there was construction work. Which was noisy.

Our family had an amazing stay at The Malcolm Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views, spacious and spotless rooms, and a perfect location just a short walk from downtown Canmore. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs overlooking the Rockies were a highlight, especially after a day of exploring Banff National Park. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the hotel was very family-friendly and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and memorable place to stay in the Canadian Rockies, I highly recommend The Malcolm Hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were some renovations underway, but this didn’t affect our stay. All staff were really helpful and friendly, the concierge were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were great and beds comfy. We had breakfast at the Stirling each morning which was also great. The whole of Canmore is well worth a visit and the Malcolm a great location, a quick walk to Main Street. As well as access to local walks. Sitting outside by the pool or just with an evening drink looking at the mountains and river is also nice before an evening meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in an ideal location for us, with easy walking access to restaurants and convenient onsite parking. The views were amazing, even though it was hazy during our stay because of smoke from the wildfires. The rooms were very quiet, we never heard other guests which made for a relaxing stay. The complimentary Nespresso coffee was a great touch, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The only issue we had in the room was that the bathroom sink drained slowly at times. The Wi-Fi was disappointing in the rooms but worked well in the lobby. There is also construction happening around the hotel, so hopefully the new buildings won't block the beautiful views in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
