Now with the hockey season, the property is sold out for every Thursday through Sunday, I wish we could've helped you by accommodating a later check out but since our check in time is 3pm, that would be a little bit unfair to the guest who checked in after you. I agree it was an unpleasant situation but in cases like that late check out requests are based on availability. I'm really sorry sir we could not accommodate that one.

Dear Karl, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate that. You are right, our pool and hot tub are out of order since last week because of one of the heaters. The maximum water temperature for spa pools shall not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit, at this point the water in our pool in not even 60 degrees unfortunately, but we are working on that. We prefer to be honest with our customers about the issues on the property and I feel really bad about not being able to provide our guests with all 100% of our services but we are trying to fix it so we can make our guests happy. I apologize for all the inconvenience and I hope there still are some things which you liked about our hotel.
