"The staff was amazing. But our heater in our room was horrible sounding had to turn it off. In which there was a blizzard out. Thankfully it did stay warm in our room. The heated pool was the best. I understand homelessness but to let people be staying in the parking lot in their vehicle is uncomfortable for people staying there. "
