Discussed this with concierge at room intro and told him I was not happy. He did not help. So I did not get what I paid for at all. You can get Hot food like a breakfast sandwich or fresh eggs your way with or without Ham and Cheese or if you prefer cereal or just plain toast are also available.
Rooms are air conditioned, WiFi is free and consistent. The common spaces are well maintained and cleaned everyday. The building is also very secure with 24/7 surveillance.

Our first trip to DR and the Westin was a great choice. Beautiful property on the beach, perfectly maintained, friendly staff, great restaurants to choose from and drinks and food reasonably priced. We would recommend and go back. We had a great time, better than Cabo and Maui which are getting crowded and more expensive.
