“The check-in process was smooth at the Lynnwood Inn. I was issued two metal keys, and each hotel room key allows access through the main door. The hotel is really close to the main street of the town and the room was cozy. The shower pressure was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, all items I look for in a hotel. I would certainly stay here again if I am ever in Baddeck. ”

The location is awesome, the time in the hammocks was sublime, and it's not too far from the beach (~35 min by car), which was great for paddleboarding, swimming, etc. A couple guests (including us) did not get the room/suite they reserved on Expedia, so I'd advise guests to confirm your room with the owner directly once you've booked.
