"The Front Desk staff was so friendly, honestly everyone from the guy that helped us with our bags to the staff helping set up breakfast in the morning. The people are very personable here, and that means a lot to me. The room was very clean and comfortable, the pillows were really comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast with a good bit of options. The Front Desk staff also has very helpful recommendations and makes it a point to be very friendly with the customers and helpful. The pool was well maintained, the hot tub was nice and big. We would definitely come back here. This was our first time and we were impressed! The whole vibe was great, even the other customers were really friendly. I think the staff have set the tone, people are happy, and it’s a great atmosphere."

"There are several room types/tiers, so my experience is only with the "Dog Friendly - queen & king" room. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean when we walked in. Considering the hotel is on the beach and features two pools (plus the neighboring sister resorts), we did note a lack of functions around beach sand, wet suits, and towels - things of that nature. It's hard to picture staying more than a couple of days here. The staff did come and vacuum (there wasn't a "Do not Disturb" option, btw, for service), but an in-room way to handle sand would be appreciated. Plus more hooks and places to hang wet items. The parking lot is kind of crazy - the spots are SO narrow, and there is not much room between the cars and the entrances to the outdoor-accessible hotel rooms. Felt very congested. With all that said, I do feel the value was great, and this was the family-friendly, casual place to stay on the beach we were exactly looking for!"

"We had an okay stay overall. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, one day during our visit the property lost power from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., which was inconvenient. We stayed after Memorial Day and were disappointed to find that some of the advertised amenities, including the pizza and ice cream shops, were closed. Additionally, the indoor pool was not very enjoyable, as the water temperature was around 85 degrees and felt too warm to be refreshing. While there were some positives, the unavailable amenities and power outage impacted our overall experience."
