“The Muckross hotel and suites in Killarney was a perfect launch site for our family to leave from to see the local attractions including the Beara peninsula and the Ring of Kerry. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of three. The unit is very quiet, well equipped with great king sized beds. Breakfast was a bit pricey but wonderful selection and service. One item to note is that there are no elevators in the apartment suites area so be prepared for some lifting of...

“Communication was great and the unit was clean. The property and other buildings were pretty run down. The supplies in the kitchen were slim at best. Couldn’t have cooked anything since there was really nothing to use. Not enough silverware without having to wash every other day vs using dishwasher. It was barebones but big enough with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean ”

“The location was perfect, convenient to many stops on the Ring of Kerry and walking distance (< 1 mile) into Killarney. The apartment unit was very spacious. One thing that wasn’t explained well is that you check in at the Brehon Hotel, but other than that everything was perfect. We would love to stay again if we come back. ”
