“Paid around $440 for 2 nights and the room that I got first was horrible. Toilet wasn’t cleaned and bed sheets haven’t been changed but the bed was made.
The aircon in that room was out of order since 2023!!
Got a change of rooms but again toilet and bathroom was dirty. Horrible smell in the room. But atleast had new sheets.
Had to stay because there were not many options available in Rockhampton.”
“The cabins are fantastic. Definitely enjoyed my stay and the atmosphere. Parking was right next to my cabin and the whole living area is gated so there’s minimal to no worries about theft.
Laundry services are reasonably priced and there’s plenty to do on the property itself.
Activities in town are a close walk and also a close drive.”
“Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. ”
