Great stay! Great staff!

Good service.

I enjoyed my stay

The location is good is scenic but a twenty minute drive to downtown up on a hill so it looks down to the city.

Excellent customer service, room was clean, staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed my staying with you!.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. Dinner was delicious and inventive, and breakfast was so thoughtfully and beautiful prepared and...

This is abrautiful " Boutique" hotel, the food was exquisit!

Excellent city view, clean comfy rooms, friendly staff, good parking

This is a beautiful hotel in the hacienda style, with separate buildings, a surrounding wall and beautifully manicured grounds with many replica pre-Columbian sculptures and figurines. It is located on the slopes of the mountains just south of downtown Morelia, about a ten-minute cab ride, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk from the central city. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. It is a gorgeous place which we highly recommend.

I had the best experience in a hotel that I’ve had in years, amazing staff with a great attitude and customer service, I was greeted from the very start when checked in amazing experience hotel was beautiful and great above and beyond service

Excelente servicio!!!

I liked the fact it was super clean I didn’t like the location was little too far from the center of Morelia

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at the large cabin. It was nicer than what we expected. Since we went in mid January, we enjoyed the fireplace at night with a glass of wine. I liked the location, it’s private, safe and close to the main road. It’s in a rustic area, but very close to the town of Quiroga. I would definitely recommend it.

One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and awesome employees there, they treat you right all the time

Incredible staff, amenities and property - Gonzalo is an amazing part of the experience! We will return!

Phenomenal experience. Great design/architecture. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice view of the distant mountains.
