โBooked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in.
The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.โ

We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. โOur stay at the Ramada Goa was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend it for anyone hoping to explore the Vagator Beach area. From the moment we were greeted by manager Sachin, we were made to feel at home. The property is very new so everything is in pristine condition. โWe had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel.
There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
